Research field: Cell biology, mainly studies non-coding nucleic acids, cell cycle checkpoint regulation, DNA damage repair, autophagy and apoptosis and their relationship with human diseases, especially tumors and neurodegenerative diseases. Her current researches include:
(1) research on the mechanism by which MicroRNA regulates tumor genesis and development through autophagy signaling pathway;
(2) regulation of mitochondrial autophagy signaling pathway by MicroRNA and its relationship with neurogenic diseases;
(3) screening of DNA damage repair signaling pathway inhibitors and small molecules with anti-tumor activity from natural compounds.
